TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservation

This plan offers 10% off from our regular room-only rates with a minimum of 3 nights stay.

The plan is offered to people living together (same residential address) or those who are fully vaccinated only. Kindly present your proof at the time of check-in.

Kindly note that we do not accept children under 3 years old.

Long Stay edition options can be added-on after your arrival at our hotel or at the time of booking.

Offers 50% discount per person per night (discount rate capped at JPY 5,000 per person per night).

Available for guests who reside in the municipalities the areas NOT covered by the Japanese government's state of emergency and the Priority Preventative Measures as of the date of stay.

Deposit and Payment

We would kindly request you to settle a 30% deposit by your credit card in the following schedule:
- By 8 days before your check-in date if your booking is made more than 7 days in prior.
- At the time of booking if your booking is made 7 days in prior or less. -
The deposit will be treated wholly or as part of the cancellation charges if any.

There is a free car park in the premise (capacity 4 vehicles).

Non smoking policy in the entire premise (not only inside the building).

As the building has residential house structure, the sound proofing is limited compared to normal hotels. Kindly observe a good manner after 2100 hrs. Also, your attention to the noise would be highly appreciated if you are travelling with children.
Pick-up/Drop-off Service

Should you need a pick-up from a nearby train station, please contact us latest by 1 day before to discuss the timing. Generally the service is available between 16:00-18:00.

Guide dogs are more than welcome in our accommodation. Let us know if you need any special assistance.
