Return of Good
Due to the nature of the product, we regret that we do not accept return of the items, whether open or unopened.
Damaged or Faulty Products
1) International Delivery
We kindly ask you to notify us within 3 days of receiving faulty or damaged item with photos so that we can investigate with the supplier. We will refund the amount equivalent to the damaged or faulty item to your credit card.
2) Domestic Delivery
We kindly ask you to notify us within 3 days of receiving faulty or damaged item with photos so that we can investigate with the supplier. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.
