International Shipping

(To Singapore, Taiwan & Hong Kong only）​​

• Items will be shipped by International Registered Package (tracking number available, average 7 days to Singapore.

• Shipping is inclusive for purchases more than JPY 4,000.

• Where purchase value is less than JPY 4,000, an extra shipping charge of JPY 700 will be added.

• Reefer service is available only to Taiwan for additional charge. The shipment takes every Monday only.  We will advise you of the additional charge when receiving your order.

• Ships within 5 working days after receiving cleared payment.

Domestic Shipping (In Japan)

• The prices in this website include international shipping costs.  For a delivery to an address in Japan, let us quote a price with domestic shipping charge.  Please let us know your choice using our contact form.

International Shipping

(To Singapore, Taiwan & Hong Kong only）

• The goods are exempt from the Japanese consumption tax.

• Duties & taxes and import license will be exempted for a parcel value up to TWD 2,000, SGD 100  or HKD 4,000 (excluding postage) in the respective country.

• For a value greater than the above, duties & taxes will become payable and you may be required to obtain import permit (N.B. the duties & taxes will be exempted for a parcel value up to SGD 400 in Singapore).

Domestic Shipping (In Japan)

• The Consumption Tax will be payable for deliveries in Japan.  We will include the tax in our quotation.

Payment

We kindly ask you to settle the payment by credit card at the time of check-out. Your credit card will be billed once you complete the check-out.

Our security payment system is provided by Square.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation can be made by 12:00 pm (Japanese Standard Time) on the following day after the order is placed.

Return of Good

Due to the nature of the product, we regret that we do not accept return of the items, whether open or unopened.

Damaged or Faulty Products
1) International Delivery

We kindly ask you to notify us within 3 days of receiving faulty or damaged item with photos so that we can investigate with the supplier. We will refund the amount equivalent to the damaged or faulty item to your credit card.

2) Domestic Delivery 

We kindly ask you to notify us within 3 days of receiving faulty or damaged item with photos so that we can investigate with the supplier. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.
