With the official news that the government will be lifting the entry of foreign tourists and visa exemption arrangements will be resumed from 11 October 2022, we are excited to announce that we will be accepting overseas bookings for the stay period from 11 October 2022 onwards! 

Please note that each group/ family booking will be limited to 2 rooms only. If you need more than 2 rooms, please contact us to enquire.

16 September 2022 - Revision of a la carte menu opening hours.

Effective immediately, our a-la-carte menu is available between October - April and it will be closed during the summer season.  During the summer, we look forward to welcoming you on our half-board plan with enticing Singapore home cooking.

12 May 2022 - International Bookings now open!!

With the positive news that the border is planning for re-opening, we are happy to announce that we will be accepting overseas bookings for the stay period from 1st September 2022 to 31 March 2023! 

Please note the following conditions are specifically for international bookings only. These conditions may be subject to further changes.

1) Stay period for international bookings

- From 1 September 2022 to 31 March 2023 only.

2) Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

- Three doses of Covid-19 vaccination (i.e. Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Janssen, Novavax, Bharat Biotech) is required upon entry to Japan (You may refer to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan​ for more info). Please let us have the proof of vaccination for all guests upon check-in.

3) Rooms available

- 1 Junior Suite (up to 4 guests) or King Room (up to 2 guests), limited to 1 booking per day only.

The Hokkaido Resident Discount scheme is now back!  This time, the discount is only available for residents in the Northern Hokkaido area (Kamikawa, Rumoi and Soya) and all the guests need to reside in the same address (proof of address required).  Please note that the stay plans on this discount scheme is not available in our online booking system - kindly contact us by email or phone to book your stay.

B&B Plus+ Shooting Star will participate in the Hokkaido Resident Discount scheme run by the Hokkaido Government, by which all Hokkaido residents will enjoy max. 50% discount on our room rate for stays taking place anytime between 1 July 2020 and 31 January 2021!!  We will be releasing more details on or around 26 June 2020.  Don't miss it!!

23 May 2020 - Our way forward to combat COVID-19

• The building is equipped with a 24-hour automated ventilation system.

• The room facilities shall be sanitised.

• We will carefully monitor the health conditions of our staff.  

• The capacity of the hotel will be limited to max. 10 guests or 3 groups (usually 4 rooms / max. 14 guests). 

• All the guests are requested to wear masks and sanitise the hands.  We may regrettably refuse the entry of guests without masks.

• We kindly request all the guests to allow us to take the body temperature.  We reserve the right to refuse the entry of those with 37.5 deg. celsius.

• The yoga room will accommodate only 2 guests max. (usually 6 guests).  We will maintain to close the facility until further notice.

• Only 2 tables will be open in the dining room (usually 4).  Kindly enjoy meals and drinks that you bring with you in your own room only.
