About the tour
Let us begin the morning with some fun at Shikisai No Oka! A place that suits everyone, young or old. Meet some lovely alpacas or if you are in for some thrill, why not try out a snow mobile ride? On the way to Shikisai No Oka, you will get to see and snap some unique sceneries of Biei too. Thereafter, you will head for lunch at Biei Town for you to fuel up your energy and also do some shopping at the local farmers market. Lastly, to complete the day, you will be enjoying the ultimate onsen experience in the mountains. You will be surprised how warm it is even when you take an outdoor bath, even when it is snowing.

WINTER Information
Avg. temperature in winter: -5 to -12 °C
Must-wear outfit: Long sleeves and inner leggings, sweaters, down long-coat or ski wear, winter boots, hat, gloves and a pair of warm thick socks! (Highly recommended: heat-tech inner wear and proper winter boots.)

Change of booking/ participants
You may change the date and the number of participants of your tour package subject to availability and additional charges (if any). Please notify us of any change in the particulars of the participants. We reserve the right to cancel the entire package where the customer fails to do so.
Cancellation Policy
Depending on the timing of cancellation, the following cancellation charges apply:

10 ~ 8 days before the date of tour - 20% of package price

7 ~ 2 days before the date of tour - 30% of package price

1 day before the date of tour - 40% of package price
