Each room is designed for our guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Nakafurano.
Our suite rooms are the ideal choice for couples, families of four or friends up to three.
Japanese Futon
Futon is the Japanese traditional style of bedding used on tatami.
Where there are 3 or more guests in the suite, the tatami area would be converted into a Japanese style sleeping area.

Room Charges

Our room charge will be determined by the room type and number of guests in the room.

We will not be able to accommodate children under the age of 7 years old.
Room Type & Occupancy

King Room is recommended for solo travelers and couples （max.2 occupancy).

Junior Suite room is recommended for couples, families of up to 4 and group of up to 3 guests (max. 4 occupants per room).
Reservations

❗Limited to 2 rooms per group/ family booking only (Up to max. 8 occupants - 6 Adults and 2 Children). We reserve the right to cancel any bookings not meeting this criteria without prior notice.

After completing the booking, you will be receiving a confirmation email. Should you not receive any such email, please kindly drop us a message.

For reservations for Junior Suite room, the choice of the room will be a surprise for you!
Deposit and Payment

We would kindly request you to settle a 30% deposit by your credit card in the following schedule:
- By 14 days before your check-in date if your booking is made more than 13 days in prior.
- At the time of booking if your booking is made 13 days in prior or less. -
The deposit will be treated wholly or as part of the cancellation charges if any.

The remaining 70% of the total charges is payable upon check-out in the form of credit card, mobile payment or cash.
We accept major international credit cards and mobile payment.
Check-in/Check-out Time

Check-in time: 16:00 to 20:00. After 20:00, your bookings will be treated as "no show". Where guests check-in after 20:00 at our discretion, additional charge shall be payable.

Check-out time is between 07:00 and 10:00.
Cancellation policy
Depending on the timing of cancellation, the following cancellation charges apply. Please note that the charges will be billed to your credit card that you provide to us at the time of booking (of course, any surplus amount after offsetting with the deposit will be refunded to the card):

8 days prior to day of arrival - No charge

7 days prior to day of arrival - 30%

1 day prior to day of arrival - 50%

On the day of arrival/ No show - 100%

We have feline family members present within the premise, and they are free to visit the common area. *If you have cat allergy/ phobia, please kindly refrain from booking our accommodation.

There is a free car park in the premise (capacity 4 vehicles).

Non-smoking/ vaping policy in the entire premise (not only inside the building).

Free Wifi is available.

As the building has residential house structure, the sound proofing is limited compared to normal hotels. Kindly observe a good manner after 2100 hours. Also, your attention to the noise would be highly appreciated if you are travelling with children.
Pick-up/Drop-off Service

Should you need a pick-up from a nearby train station, please contact us latest by 1 day before to discuss the timing. Generally the service is available between 16:00-18:00.

Shuttle service to nearby ski resort is provided during the winter season (Nov-Apr). Find out more here.

Guide dogs are more than welcome in our accommodation, pets are not allowed. Let us know if you need any special assistance.
